The Jan Marini Skin Research range has a fantastic reputation throughout the skin care profession. Our products are only available to the public through trained, accredited outlets. Our European distribution operation is based in London and exclusively supplies JMSR Inc product throughout Europe.

Training – the key to growth
We believe product knowledge and practical training is of vital importance in contributing to the success of your business. Training is ongoing and free, held at your premises and conducted by your Account Manager. It can be designed to meet your particular needs and covers everything from basic product knowledge to advance training. It’s crucial that staff are confident with product; we find that training contributes to higher sales almost instantly after a visit.

Orders received by 12.00pm are despatched same day. We can receive orders by phone, fax or e-mail. We use TNT to ensure delivery for next day; smaller orders are dispatched by registered post in the UK. The despatch department take a great deal of care to make sure your order is accurate and undamaged when it gets to you. Any discrepancies or damages need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
No minimum order, factory fresh product
We do not have a minimum order requirement after your first order. We do encourage monthly orders rather than daily ones however – this cuts down on your freight bills and your increased stock availability leads to no lost sales. We can give analysis and help on orders, there’s no need to worry about inventory, and most Jan Marini product has a use by date of 2 years from delivery. All stock held in Europe is less than 2 months old from manufacture in the US, has a sell by date and is traceable by batch number from origin to you.
Marketing and PR – Making it work for you
We’re working hard to get our message across to the public. Marketing materials are available to complement your day to day business. These include POS and leaflets and are provided free of charge on request with your order. In addition we can arrange help with materials for your website and assist with promotional events, PR or local advertising, please ask for details. All our assets including order forms and price lists are held digitally – just call in if you want anything sent. In addition, we have a national PR agency that looks after our press activities. Your Account Manager – The vital link
All our customers are allocated a trained, Jan Marini Skin Research Account Manager. Your Account Manager will train staff and is available to answer any technical questions you may have on the product and can help you with your marketing efforts. Just call your Account Manager direct on the number provided and your question will be answered.
Incentivising your staff
We passionately believe that our products work, so do our clients! We therefore encourage clients to use the products for themselves - staff who use our product tend to sell more if they use it on themselves. We operate a staff incentive scheme linked to clinic turnover and individual performance – the more your staff sell the more products they get free of charge direct from us. For details of how the scheme works, ask your Account Manager for details.
Payment
All major cards are accepted, as is bank transfer and cheque. Once credit references are checked we can commence on a 30 day payment basis. For overseas customers we will need your VAT number for VAT exemption purposes.
Wholesale prices quoted do not include VAT.
